Maybe you're just starting out on your musical journey, trying to unlock your musical potential. Perhaps you've already started and are looking to move your musical skills forward. Whatever your musical situation, I can help!

I qualified as a Music teacher in 2001 and taught for four years in the UK before heading overseas for better weather. Over the course of my career I have taught all ages from Early Years to adults, both in the classroom and privately. I believe that with the right teacher and the right attitude, everyone can achieve their musical goals.

I began learning the piano at the age of six and after a few years branched out into Woodwind (Clarinet and Saxophone). Performance has always been at my core and have been a member of many musical groups over the years, from orchestras and chamber groups through to jazz and rock bands. My love of performance and composition has led me to learn other instruments including guitar, bass, double bass and ukulele.

My passion for  composition enabled me to develop my music technology skills and I am fully acquainted with Sibelius, Logic Pro X and Cubase. I am currently studying a Master degree in this field.

I am an enthusiastic teacher who always seeks ways to inspire and motivate students. I have taught ABRSM, Trinity and Rock school curriculums, as well as GCSE, A level music/music technology and the IB programme.
